Gisele Bündchen is one of the most successful models of all time. She was born in 1980, in the small town of Horizontina in the south of Brazil. She is a carefree, loving, self-described “tomboy” who loves to be barefoot, playing outside, and climbing trees. At the age of 14, she started her career in the fashion world. Through her hard work, determination, and focus, she experienced incredible success over the course of her 21-year career in an industry where longevity is challenging to sustain.
Gisele has always felt very connected to nature and she chooses to use her influence to raise awareness to protect the planet and all living beings. She is a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program. In addition she founded the Agua Limpa Project that works to sustain natural vegetation along the river and preservation of clean water in the region where she grew up. She is a correspondent for National Geographic’s documentary climate change series “Years of Leaving Dangerously”. The episodes are focused on educating people about the environment and how knowledge empowers us to make positive changes to protect the earth.
Gisele believes that change first starts within. She began practicing meditation in her early twenties and has found it to be a valuable tool to calm her mind and allow her to see things from a different perspective. It gave her the ability to dig deeper and to get to know herself better. She loves the clarity and peace meditation brings to her life.

Robin Roberts has been co-anchor of ABC’s Good Morning America since May 2005. Under her leadership, “GMA” has won four Emmys for Outstanding Morning Program and the 2017 People’s Choice Award for Favorite Daytime TV Hosting Team. In 2014, Robin was honored with the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Journalism, and named one of Glamour’s Women of the Year.
Robin was voted the “Most Trusted Person on Television” by a 2013 Reader’s Digest poll. Robin founded her own production company, Rock'n Robin Productions, which creates original programming for ABC and other networks, ranging from documentaries to live events. Robin has traveled the world following news stories and has conducted headline-making interviews, including President Barack Obama on his support of marriage equality, Apple’s CEO Tim Cook, and NBA Superstar LeBron James.
Robin was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and, five years later, was diagnosed with MDS. Roberts underwent a bone marrow transplant as her sister Sally-Ann was a perfect match. Robin’s story triggered an outpouring of support from across the nation. She joined forces with the organization Be the Match and, since her diagnosis, the bone marrow registry has seen a tremendous increase. Her battle has been recognized with awards and honors from many organizations, including The Susan G. Komen Foundation and The Congressional Families Cancer Prevention Program. In 2013, Robin was recognized with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award for the strength she has displayed throughout her life and career.

Filmmaker Activist for Women and Children
Joni Steele Kimberlin is a writer, editor, and producer who co-produced and wrote the script for the PBS documentary Elizabeth Winthrop: All the Days of Her Life. Her latest film, Get Real! Wise Women Speak, which aired nationally on PBS and has won multiple awards, is a documentary about the adventure, meaning, and value of women’s lives as they age.
Joni received the prestigious YWCA Spirit of Greenwich (CT) Award in 2007, recognizing her philanthropic work for local and national organizations. In 2013, she was given the Connecticut Audubon Environmental Leadership Award. Joni is a 42-year practitioner of the TM technique and has been a TM teacher for 40 years. She also is a founding board member of the David Lynch Foundation, where she has championed projects that introduce TM into the lives of women and children who are at risk from abuse and stress. She lives with her husband Kevin in Connecticut and has three children. Their oldest daughter, Genevieve, is also a TM teacher.
Veteran and Artist Sexual Abuse Survivor
Named the ‘Miracle Baby’, LaToya Mack was born February 25, 1977 weighing a whopping 10 lbs. 4 oz. She was married and nine months pregnant with her only child, Cindreia Europe, when she graduated from high school. LaToya joined the Air Force on January 14, 1997, where she earned an unprecedented three degrees. After four life-altering years, LaToya left the Air Force and became a software engineer for Raytheon. After completing her MBA, LaToya relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 2004 where she started two businesses: (1) in 2008, KSI, which is a B2B consulting firm, and (2) in 2014, Helping Hand to Others, a non-profit that offers professional assistance to novice job seekers. Despite her professional and personal successes, happiness, peace, and a true sense of knowing herself eluded LaToya. Through a grant from the David Lynch Foundation, LaToya learned Transcendental Meditation and “the distorted self-images dissipated, which were then replaced with self-awareness and creative passions.” LaToya filmed her journey for the DLF. “As poetry, short stories, and expressive paintings ooze out of my being, I remain committed to self-exploration, daring to allow my light to shine so brightly it illuminates the path of countless others,” LaToya says.
Co-Host, Good Day New York
Rosanna Scotto began her career in television at WTBS, Ted Turner's television station in Atlanta. Rosanna returned to her native New York in the early 1980s as a reporter for WABC's Good Morning New York. After a year with Good Morning New York and The Morning Show, Rosanna joined WABC-TV's Eyewitness News as a reporter, where she remained until she joined FOX 5.
Rosanna has won three Emmys for anchoring FOX 5 News at 10 and Good Day New York. She is the winner of the 1995 New York State Associated Press First Place Award for her report New York Survival Guide ,three additional Associated Press First Place Awards, and two special Associated Press Award nominations. Scotto has received a host of honors and awards for her community service work.
