Give the gift
of peace this holiday season

The holidays are a time of celebration and hope, but also a time of heightened tension and anxiety.

Inner-city youth growing up in high-crime neighborhoods, domestic violence survivors, and veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTS) struggle to find peace in the midst of increasing challenges.

Fortunately, you can be part of the solution.

The David Lynch Foundation’s teachers are at the heart of changing the lives of tens of thousands of people by sharing Transcendental Meditation (TM) – a proven, lifelong tool for healing, empowerment, and peace – with those who need it most.

Please help by sponsoring a TM teacher. The meditation teacher you sponsor will teach TM for free to underserved students, veterans with PTS, and women and children dealing with domestic violence.

Did you
know?

In 1 year, 1 TM teacher can instruct and provide a comprehensive follow-up program to hundreds of adults and youth suffering from extreme trauma and stress.

That means in 5 years, 1 TM teacher can profoundly transform the lives of more than 1,000 people.

“I am very grateful for what TM is doing for my health and for my struggle with post-traumatic stress. It is supporting my healing process in a very powerful way. I am eternally grateful.”

— Layla, 30, a domestic violence survivor who has suffered
from childhood trauma and post-traumatic stress
