This evening of knowledge and experience will be an invaluable opportunity for everyone who practices the TM technique to enjoy an in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of the ancient Vedic science of consciousness — Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s teaching of the principles and practice of Transcendental Meditation – which are at the basis of the full development of human consciousness, the state of enlightenment.
Jerry Jarvis met Maharishi in 1961 and immediately began to study and work with him, helping to build what would become Maharishi’s U.S. and global TM organizations. For the next 20 years, Jerry was the National Leader for the TM organization in the U.S. and was among those instrumental in developing over 400 teaching centers bringing the TM program to more than one million Americans.
Jerry will discuss the origins of the knowledge of transcending, the mechanics of the TM technique, and provide a comprehensive description of the seven major states of consciousness. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
This is a precious opportunity to dive more deeply into this practical teaching – and to verify the understanding of the knowledge which the ancient Vedic texts declare to be “worthy of hearing, contemplating and realizing.”
