Where to meditate, even on location by david

Could you share your technique for being able to meditate twice a day while you’re shooting your films?

Yes. I wanted this meditation. And I think that the key is this desire for it. And where it came from, you know, I don’t know for sure, but I wanted it. And so I have never missed a meditation in those 32 years, twice a day, morning and afternoon. You wake up, you do your meditation, and then you go about your business. And in the evening, you dive in, have your meditation, and go about your business. The sensation of diving all the way in—and that splash when you hit pure consciousness—it’s blissful, so beautiful. And you come out revived, vibrant. It’s not a dead plain; it’s a vibrant plain, like blissful electricity.

So you can meditate anywhere. You can meditate in an airport, on an airplane, in a little room, in a big room—anywhere, you can always find a place to sit down comfortably, close your eyes, and away you go.
